Okay, #1: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - Pick a Word for your Year.
I want your to begin by picking a work that you want to experience more of for the year.
It should ideally tie into your goal as you can write this word on your mirror and be consciously reminded of the commitment to yourself and the goal(s) you’re about to set for your self this year.
I find emotional words tend to drive people more, adding momentum to the day. Whatever word you pick you’ll be looking at it daily, recommitting each time you see it to achieve it, to have more of it in your life.
When you look at the word you’ll be reminded of the step by step plan and what you’re actively doing to achieve it.
So what is your word for 2024? How does it tie into what you're manifesting in 2024?
#2: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - Decide what you want.
It’s all well and good to have a general idea as to what you aim to accomplish this year, but it’s better to be specific. When you’re direct with yourself about what EXACTLY you want to accomplish the more likely you are to accomplish it.
Feel in your bones what life would be like having this goal manifest. Bring in all the senses in this short visualization.
So, what exactly do you want to accomplish in 2024? Get as detailed as possible, or keep it simple yet direct and specific.
#3: Why this goal?
You know what you want, now it’s time to consider your why. Why do you want to manifest this goal? What will achieving this mean for you? How will your life be better? How would your life be worse having not achieved this?
Your why will motivate you towards achieving your goal. Connecting to the why daily will keep you on track. So, every day when you look at your word on the mirror, fridge (a place you see everyday or use often), step into your why and feel it.
It will help you with what your manifesting in 2024.
#4: Where on the spectrum of reality is your goal?
You know what you want, and why you want it. Now you need to consider how realistic the goal is.
I say this because if your brain is not on board with at least considering, it’s within the realm of possibility, then it’s not going to happen.
Visualize your end result. How does it feel to have already manifested this goal? And how good will it feel to attain it? If your goal feels too big break it down to a place that feels achievable and once achieved you can tackle what feels too big then.
#5: What’s the best way to accomplish your goal?
Now you know what you want, why you want it and convinced your brain as to why it’s possible. Now you need to think about how are you going to MAKE IT HAPPEN?
It’s where you construct a strategy to make your goals a reality. What action steps do you think will help you to achieve the goal you’ve set?
Consider 4 things you could do that if done consistently could aid in you manifesting your goals this year.
#6: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - Brick by Brick - Step by Step
You have a strategy. So now you need to break the strategy down into manageable steps. You’re creating a play by play of exactly what YOU need to be actively doing throughout the year to reach your goal.
When we have a huge amount of things to do, we can set ourselves up to fail. So it is important that we don’t try doing everything all at once. We break it down, step by step to build stable, long lasting habits to success.
Lets use a common new years goal of losing weight and getting in shape.
You don’t do it all in one go. Month one/two might focus on diet changes, month three you might drink more water or eliminate something from your diet and you build upon each month to make lasting changes.
If you try to do everything you’ll find it difficult to maintain. It’s the 80/20 rule. What you do most of the time will produce the results of what you're manifesting in 2024.
#7: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - Track it
If you don’t track your progress how will you be able to measure the results of your efforts?
Sometimes we have the dedication down, but we don’t have the right strategy. So, having a measurement to track results will help you reach your goals. It will aid you in what you're manifesting in 2024.
I want you to think about a way that you can track your progress. So, what measurement of success will you be using? And When will you monitor your success?
I like to do quarter checking. Meaning that in March, June, September, and December, I track the results of my strategy. I then make adjustment for the next quarter.
If it’s working I stick with it, if it’s not I make an adjustment. I usually look at the results 3 months after implementation.
#8: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - Timing is everything
In order to see if something is working you need to give it time to work.
Things like weight management can take months and months to see solid and consistent results. Ranking on google can take 3 months to see results.
So, step 8 is all about setting a generous time frame for your strategy, for each step to reach your goal and what you're manifesting in 2024.
How long are you giving to achieve each step of your goal? Is there something you can do daily for a short period of time that over time will compound and produce results?
Example: Weight loss: you can not eat anything that’s processed, or perhaps eliminate sugar if you have a sweet tooth. Over time the results will be massive.
#9: Manifesting your goals in 2024 - If it’s not planned it wont happen
You guessed it! It’s time to take those steps and schedule it in your calendar.
Let’s say you want to get fit? Maybe your form of measurement is to fit into an old pair of jeans.
Perhaps you’ll begin by eliminating foods that don’t agree with your body in month one, and increasing fruits and veg with each meal.
In month two perhaps you’re drinking more water and month three you begin cardio a few times per week.
By month three you’re able to see the result of your diet, by month four you’ll see the results of drinking more water, and by month 5 you’ll begin to see the result of your cardio workouts.
The important thing is to add each step to your calendar so you remind yourself of your goal for the month, season or how you’re planning to break the goal down into manageable steps spread across the year. Taking action and sticking to your calendar will be what results in you manifesting your goals in 2024.
